New York Theatre Ballet Dances Agnes de Mille Tuesday, February 5 7:00 PM Dance performance New York Theatre Ballet brings to the National Arts Club live dance excerpts from three of Agnes de Mille’s best known Broadway musicals. Featured are "Postcards & Riders" from Oklahoma; "Come To Me, Bend to Me" from Brigadoon; and "The Hornpipe" from Carousel. The dancers will be accompanied by live music. The company is in its 40th season, with an ever-expanding repertory that explores the past while boldly taking risks on the future. “New York Theatre Ballet is producing new works as good as - and sometimes better than - its bigger siblings.” - Brian Seibert Photo Credit: Excerpt from Hornpipe from Carousel.
