FashionSpeak Fridays: Costume Design for Television Friday, March 9 7:00 PM Insightful conversation Join us for a special behind-the-scenes look at the world of costuming for television and an insightful conversation with designers Katie Irish, Lisa Padovani, and Katie Riley. Katie Irish is a costume designer best known for her work on the award-winning FX series The Americans. Prior to her work on The Americans, Irish co-designed the Season 10 semi-finals and finale of NBC’s America’s Got Talent and shopped for HBO’s Deadwood. Lisa Padovani is a five-time primetime Emmy nominee and a two-time Costume Designer’s Guild winner. In addition to many film credits, her television credits include Mad Men, Boardwalk Empire, and Sneaky Pete. Katie Riley has designed a range of film and television projects including Amazon’s Mozart in the Jungle, Netflix’s Wormwood, and the upcoming Bel Canto. Currently, Ms. Riley is designing the new AMC series Dietland. Television Fashion is highly encouraged!
