[Theater] Alyson Williams and Nat Adderly, Jr. pay tribute to singer, songwriter, and actress Phyllis Hyman on the 25thanniversary of her death. Hyman’s early jazz-inflected sound and powerful urban contemporary ballads made her a regular in New York nightclubs. Grammy-nominated Nat Adderly, Jr. is best known for his work with Luther Vandross, having written Vandross’s first top-20 hit “Stop to Love” among others.
