Alex Gonzalez

Described as a “true virtuoso” by the Viborg Folkeblad and praised for his “agile, incisive” playing by the South Florida Classical Review, violinist Alex Gonzalez has performed across the United States and abroad as a chamber musician, recitalist, and ensemble leader, at venues including Carnegie Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, and Oxford University. He has also performed for broadcast on BBC Radio 3, and the Sky Arts Television Network. Alex regularly served as concertmaster of the New World Symphony, where he was a violin fellow for three seasons.
The National Arts Club is partnering with the Sphinx Organization to present a series of classical concerts featuring outstanding young Black and Latino musicians.
