Mission
Subject to approval by the Board and in cooperation with the Arts Program Committee, it shall ensure that the general educational and cultural purposes of the Corporation are fulfilled; and it shall be responsible for the use of endowment funds, the granting of fellowships and scholarships, the making of rerwards, and the coordination of related educational and philanthropic matters, with the approval of the appropriate committee in the various arts.
